Terms of Sale

Last updated: 31 July 2026

The short version: you're buying a digital guide for $29 USD. If it's not right for you, email within 14 days and we'll refund you, no questions. You'll need a Claude account to follow along.

1. Who you're buying from

The Bonus Brain is sold by KLH Consulting ("we", "us"), an Australian business. Contact: consultklh@gmail.com.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

The Bonus Brain is a digital guide, delivered as a PDF by email immediately after purchase. It walks you through setting up two systems using Claude:

It also covers the foundation setup: your Claude account and privacy settings, a profile so Claude knows who you are, and connecting Gmail.

Price: $29 USD. Prices are in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add a fee.

What you need before buying

The guide teaches you to set up systems inside Claude, an AI product made by Anthropic. We are not affiliated with Anthropic.

You will need your own Claude account. A free account is enough for parts of the guide, but the Projects and scheduled "auto-pilot" features require Claude Pro, currently about $20 USD per month, paid to Anthropic, not to us. That subscription is not included in your purchase.

Claude is a third-party product. Its features, interface and pricing can change without notice to us, and scheduled running may not behave identically on every Claude plan. We update the guide when we can, but we cannot guarantee that a given Claude feature will remain available.

3. Refunds — our 14-day guarantee

If the guide isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions, no explanation needed.

Email consultklh@gmail.com from the address you bought with. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

You may keep the PDF. We are not going to chase you for it.

4. What you may and may not do with it

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own purposes.

You may: read it, print it, use the prompts and systems in your own life or your own business, and adapt them for yourself.

You may not: resell, redistribute, share or publish the guide or substantial parts of it; upload it to file-sharing sites; or use its contents to create a competing product for sale.

We retain copyright in the guide and all its contents.

5. What we don't promise

We want to be straight with you about this.

6. Your responsibility

The systems in this guide connect Claude to your email. You decide what to connect and what permissions to grant. Review what any tool is doing before you let it act on your behalf, and check drafted replies before sending them.

We are not responsible for actions you take in your own accounts, or for anything Claude does once you have set it up.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those guarantees apply, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 7, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the guide is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from your use of any third-party service.

9. Availability

We try to keep this site and its delivery running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If your purchase email does not arrive, use the download link on the confirmation page or email us and we will send it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase. Changes do not apply retrospectively to purchases already made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. This does not deprive you of any consumer protection you have under the law of the place where you live.
