The short version: we collect your email address so we can send you what you bought, and we measure how the site is used so we can improve it. We never see your card details, and we don't sell your information to anyone.
This site is operated by KLH Consulting ("we", "us"), an Australian business. The Bonus Brain is our product.

We use Microsoft Clarity, which records how people move through this site and produces heatmaps of where visitors click and scroll. We think you should know that explicitly rather than find it buried in a cookie list.
Clarity is configured to mask text input by default, and we do not use it to capture anything you type. Recordings are used only to improve the site. You can opt out using the methods in section 6.
We do not collect: your name (unless you tell us), your postal address, your phone number, your date of birth, or any health information. We do not ask whether you have ADHD or any other condition, and we do not infer or record it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else for their own marketing.
We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We may also disclose information where required by law.
As an Australian business using the providers above, your information is stored and processed outside Australia, principally in the United States. By using this site and purchasing from us, you consent to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to use providers that maintain appropriate protections.
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure usage. Stripe also sets cookies necessary for payment and fraud prevention.

Card details never reach our systems — Stripe handles payment end to end and is PCI DSS compliant. This site is served over HTTPS. Access to our email and order records is protected by strong authentication.
No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

This product is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
